SAKURA BOWL TOURNAMENT UPDATES

Just so all of you guys should know, our team was fortunate enough to pass the audition phase of the Sakura Bowl tourney. Best of luck to all of the HenseiTsu reps for the round 1 of the said tournament.

BTW, for the first round, the team will go up against the OCBZ team.

SAKURA BOWL...ABOUT AND WORKLIST

Yo peeps! The team mods have decided to try battling it in the Sakura Bowl [link] , the first team tournament in SDL.

First thing's first, now that you guys have checked the journal about the event *the one linked above* (please read the journal linked above since we'll only post the stuff that we need in this journal. other stuff that you might want to learn about are listed there), let's talk about business (BTW, read the entire journal. please.)...

SPECTATOR ENTRY MAKERS

This team event is not only about the team fights. If all the participants slots are full, you can still try making a spectator entry for the team. According to the event details, there might also be mini-events held for solo-duelers. We encourage you guys to make spectator entries for the team. * Entry into SDL T.T.: +1 Team rank-up (TR) and +5 Dueler Rank ups (DR) per artist who worked on the audition.
* Winners of Round 1: +3 TRs and +15 DR.

1st place:

* An Castle fortress on the island of Fukue off Nagasaki.

That is a total of 10 TRs and 50 DRs to the winning team. As a reminder TR's are used to increase a team's ranking, and DR's can be given out by the team leader to dueler's who participated in this tournament. DR's also can be used to purchase land on the SDL map as well. Use of the rewards are up to the team leader's discretion.

ABOUT US

The Henseiseki no Tsubame is a fictional bounty hunting organization for the Samurai Duelers League, or SDL for short (`RoninsUltramix). Its main goal is to grow and become one of the SDL world's better teams. The team focuses on fighting, and of course, fighting for the bounty hunting reward moolah.

The team keeps a low profile and sometimes works in the shadows. It's also a neutral group, though if another team allies with it, they'll do whatever they can to protect the said team.

Its members, strong and aggressive SDL fighters, enjoy the prospect of a good battle and will gladly help customers in theirs. Of course, they need to be paid first though.

Don't think we're a dead serious bunch though. The team also promotes friendship, loyalty, and something that will be explained later, working in a ramen restaurant.

BOUNTY HUNTING SERVICES (WE FIGHT FOR YOU!)

Once there are more members, the team will start its bounty hunting service, which will be the thing that will set it apart from other SDL teams. (Actually, the service is already available but so far, there are only three OC's that can be hired.)

What is the bounty hunting service?

Basically, SDL OC owners can "hire" OCs from our club to fight for them or aid them in duels. This means that in their duels, it's possible that they'll use their "hired" OCs instead of their own OCs. It's also possible that they use the "hired" OC to help them in battle. Since this service is an SDL Shop service, our OCs are like rented merchandise and not considered as individual OCs...In other words, it's possible to have a 2-on-1 duel that's technically a 1-on-1 battle!

UPDATES

Finally, the team has reached its goal of around 20 members. As of today, to join the team, one should go through the new audition process (can be found in the "How to Join adn Rules" section). The mods will also stop the recruitment process (sending notes to SDL OC owners) today.

MEMBER TASKS

1.) Make a product for the team. It can be anything, but it's preferable if your product can be used in battle.

2.) Make your OC's bounty hunting profiles (examples here [link]) if you want to join the service.

FOR #1 and #2, WE WANT THEM BY THE END OF JUNE.

3.) If you read this journal, reply with a comment that contains the sentence, "I've read it." Also write whether you'll be joining the Bounty Hunting Service or not. This step is to check whether members read the journal or not. If the results of this test show that most don't, we'll resort to giving tasks and updates via notes.
